How to fix failed EDI Import?

Dear Expert,

I need help with this specific user that failed to import EDI PO, she is the only one that having problem, but other users having no problem, and this is the error message:

I have already did this:

- checked her license, she has EDI license

- checked the folder for import file, she has full access to it

- reinstall and rerun SBOlocal registration file ( please correct me if this is not causing the problem)

- checked her authorization, she has the same authorization with other users that have no problem with importing file

I see the clue of the error message are: EDI PO type not been implemented in alligacom, but where to check that, and "the following contact was not found in the ERP:REPLN, I checked the BP's UDF field it has that value, but other users including me, have no problem with that settings.
