Henry,

What is the intent in linking the Engineering Records? This action would try to add an Engineering Record as an object on another Engineering Record and treat it like a Document, Material or a BOM.

I believe this is configured in error and can be removed in the

IMG Path:

Logistics - General->Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)->PLM Web User Interface->Navigation, Parameter Mapping, and Services-> Assign Services to Service Groups

The service name "FRW_ECR" can be removed for the object "PLM_ER".

I hope this helps.

Dear Srini,

Actually, I don not want to add an ER as an object on another and treat it like Documents or Material. I just want to create a link between several engineering records for the user can access the related ER from the main ER. sames like I used a wrong way, thanks for your help.

Best Regards,

Henry

Henry,

You could try ER Characteristics (class type 046) for effective searches. The ER's won't be linked, but at least you can search for them based on classification data.
