    Hi,

    as you're an official SAP customer, you'll need to open an official message for your issue.

    Hint: take a look into the current lcinit.log, lcinit.his, knldiag and dbm.prt files of your liveCache instance (for example using transaction LC10).

    It should really be handled in the official message.

    Regards,

    Roland

      Hello Pavan,

      -> Did you open the OSS message for SAP? What is the OSS ticket number?

      Please update the ticket with the user's information.

      -> If you would like to check the posted passwords in your liveCache by yourself, please run, for example,

      following commands using dbmcli tool on the liveCache server::

      dbmcli -d <SID> -u control,control user_getall

      < if you didn't get error '-4008': wrong user/password combination =>>

      dbmcli -d <SID> -u control,control

      <enter>

      dbmcli on <SID>>sql_connect SAPR3,sap

      <enter>

      < if you didn't get error '-4008': wrong user/password combination =>>

      dbmcli on <SID>>sql_execute select * from users

      dbmcli on <SID>>exit

      If you didn't get so far error '-4008': wrong user/password combination =>

      you posted the correct user/password combinations for your liveCache instance.
