Can we create the employee expenses data manually in SuccessFactors cloud system

All,

We have an access to the SuccessFactors cloud system.

We are developing an HR App which can captures the time & expenses data of an employee.

We wanted to know that " Can we create the employee expenses (travel & other expenses) data manually in SuccessFactors cloud system".

Is this technically possible?
