Hello! We provisioned a 244GB SAP HANA One instance on AWS last month. Looking at the web console, the license is expiring next Monday (April 24, 2017). Even after upgrading to SPS 12.2 (which is the latest), there is no option to renew the license.
So, how do I update my SAP HANA One license? This is very urgent as you can imagine!
Hi,
To request an permanent HANA license, you'll need a valid S-ID from SAP support, go to SAP launchpad support and click on tile License Keys,
search for the relevant installation number, select or add a new system with the SID of your HANA instance, then enter the hardware key, select
In-Memory and save, then generate the license key, finally download the license key file.

To obtain the hardware key and install license key, you'll need HANA studio and SYSTEM user credential, if you're using Multi tenant database, make sure logon as SYSTEM user and SYSTEMDB.
Regards,
Michael
