How to add a custom date to ITSM incident

Hi,

I want to add a date type to an incident transaction in ITSM (ZMIN, copy of SMIN). I've configured a new date type and added it to the date profile assigned to the tran type. I can see and update the new date via the OLD gui (CRMD_ORDER) so I must be doing something OK, but how to add it via the webUI configuration. I do not see it as an available field. I've read note 1556077, but I'm no wiser.
