GP Dynamic Workflow

Hi

i am trying to find a way to perform the following requrement in GP.

First Step : Employee Fills Leave Application.

Second Step : Dynamically find Manager of Employee which is stored in SAP MaxDB Database.

Third Step: Assign the next Step to Manager Dynamically.

Fourth Step : Manager Approves/Rejects the Leave App.

For First Step and Fourth Step i have created UI in VC.

<b>Kindly suggest help in Second Step.</b>
