Webi report on UNX not working in Live

We have a scenario wherein we have a WEBI report atop an UNX universe and that works perfectly fine on the Dev and Test environments.

However in the live environment is throwing a 'processDPcommand' error when trying to execute the report.

Environment stats:

• BO 4.0 patch 6
• Standalone Linux Box
• Back-end - orcale and informatica ETL

Step tried so far

• UNX creation in the Live
• Report creation in the Live
• Connection creation in the Live -

All above did not resolve the issue.

However reports on NV universes work perfectly fine in all the environments.Also the Report on UNX work fine on the Rich client in the live system. This error is on the BI launch pad and on all the reports on the UNX.

Please help and share your insights

Hi Mahboob,

THe Oracle client tools are installed for both 64bit and 32bit and also all the tns entries are maintained.

Hi Rohan,

Have you installed Oracle Client tools for both 64 bit and 32 bit on the BO server? If not, you should do that, and also have the required entries in tnsnames.ora file for both the versions of client tools. Let us know if that helps.
