Printing landscape Labels

Crystal Reports 2008 Version 12.3.0.601
I designed a report to print a labels that are 1.12 x .375 on an Intermec 3240 printer. The labels are continuous on a roll.

When in designer the labels print fine. When in viewer the labels rotate and print in the center of the screen. I noticed when printing from designer on the print properties the printer is set to "DO NOT SCALE REPORT PAGE" but when in viewer the print properties are set to "SCALE REPORT TO FIT PRINTER PAGE" and this option is greyed out so I can not change it.

How can I fix this - perhaps CR designer uses a different DLL to print. Can I configuer CR viewer to use the same DLL ???

I notice that when I add paper size 1.125 x .375 it add as landscape but the image that is shown is not landscape it's Portrait.
I even tried to one with .375 x 1.125 and the report prints across 2 labels but it does not shrink to fit. With this page definition both scale and don't scale are available that is they are not grayed out - I'm really confused

Designer and Viewer are on the same machine. I Do not know how to check which version of the viewer is installed.
The page size is define within the label printer

I saw your other reply on post ==> https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3412783

This report used to work with my other service provider so I guess maybe it is the version on the viewer that is installed. Or MS RDP and MS Easy Print Driver works better that a Citrix RDP
I Installed a dummy printer on LPT2 with the proper drivers and I defined the paper stock and still do not scale is grayed out.

Any help you can provide is appriciated

The reason is the Viewer cannot find the printer. Make sure it's installed on the PC where the viewer is installed and under an Admin account so it has access to all printer.

And to clarify, which viewer are you using?

The viewer and designer are on the same machine. The printer is visible from both the viewer and the designer. I can select the correct printer with it's specific paper Stock when running the viewer.

I am using Syspro ERP. It uses Crystal Reports. I'm not sure how to see what version of the viewer it is using. I honestly thought that the viewer and the designer go hand in hand. The window just states "Report Preview - [the name of the .rpt file]" It does not have a help about option. I am running the report with an account that has admin privilege. Again I can choose the printer by name and select the correct paper stock "CLIE 1.12 x .375". Its the only printer that has this stock.

I'd be glad to supply more info but I'm not sure I know how to get it. I'm not sure how the report view is invoked behind the scene. I just see the report name, I double click it and it asks if I want to process or close

Is there a way to run the viewer from the windows menu ?
