Can you attach a screenshot of your model oder the model itself to this posting?

    Hi Kristen,

    did you solve your problem?

Could you provide a short description of your application and say what is displayed at the storyboard when you deploy? Deployment can only be done when the storyboard is not at the lowest level. There has to be a Primary IView at the storyboard, I mean as Iview Icon not the content.

    Regards

    Lars

      Hi Lars,

when it is an error as you described (e.g. you want to deploy a nested iView) then there is the message "nothing to deploy", that's why I think it must be another error.

      > storyboard when you deploy? Deployment can only be

      > done when the storyboard is not at the lowest level.

      > There has to be a Primary IView at the storyboard, I

I opened an FAQ entry for that under

    https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/VC/ErrorinCompilingFlexApplication

If you find a solution, please update this FAQ page.

      Hi,

I got the exact same problem.

If I try to deploy in Flash (Tools->Options->Compiler), then I get the error.

But, when I select Web Dynpro, both compiling & deploying is OK !

Nonetheless, I got a strange behaviour : all the systems available in the Find Data section disappear. I have to select Flash back and implement the model... and at last, switch back to Web Dynpro !

      Best regards,

      Guillaume
