End of Maintanance date for BRF+ ?

Hi Gurus,

In my project we are using BRF+ for maintaining business rules for an automotive client.

Regarding this we want to know until when SAP will provide support for BRF+ / DSM.

I was checking in multiple portals but did not find much information on End of maintenance for BRF+ and DSM. Any official communication link would be helpful.

Could you share some information ?

Hi Nilanjan,

BRFplus is strategically set for the ABAP based Business Rule management which means that it is also pushed forward in S/4HANA according to the principle of one. So there is no end of maintenance for this component at least not as long as S/4HANA will be there.

SAP Decision Service Management is a AddOn to BRFplus and contains essential functionality especially when it comes to agile deployment of rules. I did not hear anything about an end of maintenance for that component. I would say that you can also rely on that component and an end of maintenance is not near.
