Remove Substitution manager in UWL iview

hello

in order to remove "Manage Substitution" in UWL iview, I added "LaunchSubstitutionmanager" in List of UWL Actions to exclude property.

But, I also want to remove the line above :

Working On My Items Items On behalf of All Items

Any idea??
