Hi,

My friend is trying to upload 4 column excel sheet with different fields in KP06 but he is unable to do it. Do we need to change the layout before uploading the file? What is the standard procedure to upload the file?

The procedure is explained below;

1. Create a planning layout (KP65)

2. Include the same is planing profile

3. Activate excel integration tick

4. Maintain file description i.e.some name ending with .txt.

5. Click on default parameters. This will take you to selection screen for KP06.

6. Enter selection parameters and click on overview. This will open an excel sheet.

7. from the mane select file description - save file description.

8. Save this excel file as well which you can use as a format for subsequent upload.
