You haven't mentioned your business scenario like on which process you are getting this error?

Also check whether you are able to reproduce this issue on SBO Demo Database? If yes, you need to report the issue to SAP support.

If not, you can report to SAP support so that a possible solution or Database fix could be provided to you.
