I am running on a 4K screen, at first the dialogue boxes etc were not rendering correctly (SAP GUI 7.50 PL 0 and Windows 10 Creators Update)
This was the problem with scaling settings
I browsed to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui
Located saplogon.exe
Right click and selected Compatibility tab
Check 'Override High DPI scaling ehavour and set scaling controlled by 'System'

SAP have now released SAP GUI 7.50 Patch level 3 which is the first update designed to start addressing using the GUI under higher DPI environments.
There are lots of limitations and things are not perfect, but at least this shows they are listening and doing something (even if it takes months)
Also see note 2541592 regarding higher DPI and SAP GUI for further updates
