XSA create and schedule a job


I am trying to create a job within XSA (Hana 2.0, SPS1). But I'm a bit confused how to proceed. While reading the documentation, I understand that XSJOB is the old way to create a job. Is that correct?

I see that the Job Scheduler Dashboard is introduced, so I tried to configure this as the documentation is describing. I see the instance that I've created and I can click on the option "Open Dashboard".

But then I'm getting a bit confused. How can I create a job and a schedule now? Is this possible from within the Job Scheduler Dashboard? Or do I have to create my own application to define and schedule jobs?

I think i have the correct role (I linked myself to the application role JOB_ADMIN), bur please correct me if I'm wrong:
