Some of our users are facing the above error while refreshing the dashboard reports in only one environment.

The other environments are working fine. We have found a SAP note

link.

But not sure it is feasible or not, since the issue is happening only for some users.

Please let us know your insights.

Environment: SAP BO 4.2 SP2

Hi,

I am also facing this issue while creating a publication for scheduling reports . This error appears While loding the prompts.

BO version : 4.1 SP 8 Patch 4.

Please help!
