Restricting acces to SAP BW data sources - no infoareas, only roles

Hello,

Our Lumira users have access to the SAP BW data sources through the SAP BW Data Acquisition Connector, connecting to the SAP BO BI Platform.

They have then the option to choose between 'Roles' and 'Infoareas'. We want the users in Lumira desktop only to have access to special prepared queries, which are gathered in roles. How can we prevent that they browse in the infoareas to other queries? (They are authorised to use these queries, since they are used in Design Studio applications).

Is it possible for example, to restrict the View to only 'Roles'?

This would not really be part of Lumira ca[pabilities. Rather I'd say it will be the back end (SAP BW) that would somehow need to control that. But I am not that familiar with SAP BW. Perhaps asking in the SAP BW Community on how to do these restrictions for any reporting tool (CR, WEBI) will be a thing to do?
