Send email notification after successful process chain execution

Hello,

I have followed this guide https://archive.sap.com/kmuuid2/10979a4a-d3da-2e10-3bab-8916d8245309/How%20to%20Set%20Up%20Email%20A... to send an email after one of our critical process chains is successfully finished, but the email is not send. I cannot find anything in SOST. Our SCOT is configured properly, I can send a message from our system without a problem.

Could anybody please provide me with information, if there are any steps involved which i might missed or another necessary configuration?

Hi Ján Valentiny,

Are you setting up email notification first time or it's already exist?

Please check with BASIS team once again about the SMTP configuration settings, if they are ok.

While maintaining recipient list "Recip. Type" select "via internet" and check.

Please double check the email id's.
