Production issue due to invalid characters

Hello Gurus,

I have an Issue in production due to Invalid characters.

I am not able to change it in PSA because the record status is GREEN in PSA. Itried deleting the request from Manage and turning the status RED in the monitor.

But the PSA record is still GREEN and I cannot change.

The load is failing during activation " unable to generate SIDS"

Plese advice.
