Hi Experts,
My User is getting 'Unable to process your request' error (message: Out of stack space description: Out of stack space number: -2146828260 name: Error) when he is trying to run the Crystal Reports in BI Lanchpad. Same report is working fine Crystal Reports 2013 tool. Could you please suggest is there any properties do I need to change in CMC to overcome this issue. --Regards, Krishna
Can you try saving the report with a different name and then export it to repository? Also are you trying to overwrite an existing report in the environment? If yes, I would suggest delete the report on the enterprise first and then export a fresh copy (Keeping in mind the CUID of the report will change). Or other thing you can do is promote a copy from a working environment and see if the same behaviour occurs?

has this problem recently started happening?
sounds like it could be a large report. make sure the user is restricting the scope of the query when running it in the launchpad.
you might want to trace the crystal servers to see if there's more info, or perhaps check monitoring to see if there's any warnings or hints.
