sap C4C custom solution is disable but status is In Development

Hi All,

In SAP Cloud application studio we created one custom solution, the status of this is In development and Enabled but in right side in Solution explorer it was Disabled and not allowed to edit code inside of it.

please find below attached pic which is status is In Development,

But in below status is Disabled.

Can any one help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

Hi Saravanan,

This case occurs in development system where you have 2 tenants in the same system. You might also be receiving a warning message saying development of this solution is not permitted as long as backup tenant exists. Go to Implementation Manager for your solution; you will be able to see both tenants.

In this case you will not be able to edit the solution, because these are cross clients and editing the solution in any of these tenants might results in inconsistencies in the other tenant.

Solution- In this case you can either request SAP for the deletion of the backup tenant or delete the solution yourself from any of the tenant. The solution will automatically go to 'In development' and will allow you to make changes.
