What is the impact after Service pack upgrade if we make use of standarSWCV

Hello Friends,

We have made use of standard SWCV (SAP APPL) for developing our objects whose sending system is SAP.

Can anyone let me know what will be the impact once we go for service pack upgrade. Though we know this point, somehow we missed it. Its not too late we can take the required steps now.
