ERP-Customer UI (Alternative to the Customer UI)

We’ve few questions with regards to the ERP-Customer UI (Alternative to the Customer UI)

We have installed MDG 9.0 on our ECC system and have decided to go with the ERP Customer UI. Imported the Predefined Change Request Types for ERP-Customer UI.

Now for creating a new Sold To Customer the Account Group doesn’t have the Sold To listed in the drop down. Referring the SAP Documentation it says to Configure Change Request Settings and then to configure the CVI for ERP Customers.

So in order to use the Account groups as defined in the XD01 transaction do we need to perform all the settings like… Set BP Role Category for direction BP to Customers, define number assignments for direction BP to Customers.

We configured the Materials and that was straight forward and had no issues. We understand that the Customer uses the BP Model, however is there a way we can use the MDG Customer just like using XD01, XD02. We just have one ECC system and would like to use the same for MDG Customer rather than having a centralized model.

Is there any document that describes how to configure the CVI for ERP Customers in detail. Appreciate your response.

    You need to perform CVI customization as per

    for addition of customization ( Here addition of account group) each time.
