How to control Requested Start and End Dates on Ticket

Hello,

Is there a way to control/calculate/blank out Requested Start Date and Requested End Dates ofTicket object? I can see these are not controlled by Service Levels/Date profile settings. I do see option to blank out Requested Start date using workflow-field update but same is not available for Requested End date.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
