How to control Requested Start and End Dates on Ticket

Hello,

Is there a way to control/calculate/blank out Requested Start Date and Requested End Dates ofTicket object? I can see these are not controlled by Service Levels/Date profile settings. I do see option to blank out Requested Start date using workflow-field update but same is not available for Requested End date.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

It is Such a Good Question - which I think only SAP can answer as they have just provided these bunch of dates with no information whatsoever on why they are auto-populated & on what basis ? Is there a way to control these ?

The Req. start & End dates available on Ticket, Assignment object, Visit in context of ticket , item -> Are these all different to one in the ticket header or by any way they influence the same labelled date of ticket header ?

Anybody from SAP C4C Product /supoort team - Can you please answer or care to update the help documentation ? - Many thanks in anticipation.

Closing as I don't see any solutions for this issue...

Suchita- Let's hope SAP will fix these bugs or provide some good insights.
