cud any one plz give a discription of these please..............

• Monitoring of the process chains and analyzing the reasons for frequent failures the processes.

• Informing the clients about the success or failure of the loads as soon as the activity is finished.

• Involved in escalating the prioritized tickets regarding extractions, performance issues and also the load failures by changing the status of the ticket.

• Clearing the tickets with in the service level agreement time.

• Communicating with the customer who posted the ticket based on the requirement.

• Maintaining the knowledge base regarding the typical issues.

• Maintaining the work history until the tickets are closed down.

• Fine tuning of the performance issues by handling the indexes, aggregates and compression issues after taking the permission from the customer.
