Tax Indicator for Plant

Hi,

I'm trying to create a new tax indicator for plant with a specific tax code. I know how to get there and we currently have 4 tax indicator setup: 0, 1, 2 and 3.

My question is:

1/ How do I know what these numbers mean and which tax code it is associated with since this is just a free field to enter?

2/ How do I know which number to use for the new tax indicator so it can associate to the correct tax code?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi Rashid,

Thanks for your reply. I have been to this Tax Indicator for Plant before creating this post and that's how I got all these numbers 0, 1, 2, 3.

What I can't figure out is how these numbers are correlated to the tax codes as these numbers are just a free text field.

Also let's say I want to create a new plant tax id in here for tax code (IG), which number should I be using?

    Thanks.

No, the answer he gave me is what I've already known and that the screenshot I provided.

What I'd like to do is to add Plant Tax ID = 4; Description = GST Only (IG). These are free text fields so how do I make sure "4" is actually tax code IG? Where do I configure this tax code IG to be a "4" so I can marry the two together?

For example, "0" is defined as Exempt (I can put anything in description and any number in the Plant tax ID as it's a free text and not tied to anything). How do I know "0" means Exempt?

      Thanks.
