Can someone direct/guide for C_THR81_1702 - successfactors employee central new features?

I am preparing for SuccessFactors (employee central) certification. Recently new release Q1 in 2017 took place. Can some one guide me towards the additional features added especially for Employee Central. Many thanks for your time.

Hi .. like you know C_THR81_1702 is the new version (for Q1/2017) of the exam and not an updated version of the Course.

the earlier version of the exam was C_THR81_1611. (this is for Q4/2016)

all these exams are for the same course - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

if you are actually interested in what has changed in the new version of the exam.. you can access the link below

and if you happen to access the similar link for the exam - C_THR81_1611 - you will notice the difference in percentage weightage for certain topics. the ones i noticed are the below.

Exam % allocation as per new version (C_THR81_1702) Changes from earlier version of exam (C_THR81_1611) Data Models > 12%
Generic Objects 8-12%
Foundation Objects <8 % Data Models Increased from 8-12%
Generic Objects decreased from >12%
Foundation Objects decreased from >12% Importing and Exporting Data> 12% no change

Manage Employee Data and Position Management> 12%

Manage Employee Data and Position Management Increased from 8-12%

Manage Time Off and Benefits< 8% Manage Time Off and Benefits - no change
