Program for SMQ2 to SMQ3

Hi

There are instances where SMQ2 queues are struck for runtime errors when a incoming message is processed. In such cases I use to push to SMQ3 by saving the LUW. But I'm looking to automate the process. Is there any std programs that does that or any thoughts on getting the automated?
