S/4 Hana printout - 'In preparation' status

Hello Guru,

I find a problem during PO printout with new output management after an SP upgrade. After PO creation, the printout status remains 'In preparation' instead to became 'Completed'. On SLG1 I can see that no log is available:

I asked to our basis team in order to check ADS connection and SICF services and they are OK.

Any suggestion will be appreciated!

Dear all,

I asked support to programmer and we found cause of problem.

The entry related to PO was lost in table ‘APOC_C_FORM’.

To update it go to customizing Spro >> Cross-Application Components >> Output Control >> Assign Form Templates:

Maybe it should be helpful!
