I am at a client right now where we are working on the configuration of ERP 2004 with EP 7.0. In the skills profile section, we need to maintain a record of the employee's language skills, profeciency in languages and am not sure how to go about it.
This is the idea that i would like to aim for.
We have the ESS business package setup which has more than the 'language skills' in its skills profile. I wanted to change the current skills profile to an skills profile which is specific for languages only. The user shoulld enter the portal, go to skills profile and would have a catalog of languages to choose from stating his language skills.
Let me know the steps necessary to achieve this goal.
