Creating an IGPActionCompletionData Instance problem?

12 Views

I'm trying to use the GP api through a WebDynpro application to move through the states of a GP process. A process can be started using the api but I'm having difficulty figuring out how to move through the action states.

The following code snippet example was found for creating an IGPActionCompletionData instance:

String processID = wdContext.currentContextElement().getProcessID();

String actionID = wdContext.currentContextElement().getActionID();

IGPActionCompletionData completionData =

rtManager.createActionCompletionData( processID, actionID, loggedUser );

Where is the actionID variable from the wdContext.currentContextElement().getActionID() populated, basically where does it come from originally or where can I get it? I understand how to get the processID but the previous code doesn't explain how or where that variable is populated for usage in the snippet. I couldn't find anything on sdn to push me in the right direction either.

Thanks for any assistance.
