I tried to check for SAP note 970538 and i didn't find it

So what exactly is the problem? is it the dump or the note is not visible to you? I can confirm that the note is accessible and if you have an S-user you may access this link https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/970538/E

If there is an ABAP dump in Tx ST22 could you please supply that?
