Sync-Async Bridge scenation in HCI for C4C to CRM Service intergration

Hi HCI Experts,

We're trying to build an iFlow in HCI that looks something like the Sync-Async bridge in PI. I understand that there's the Request-Reply pattern in HCI that could accomplish this, as discussed here Blog 2: Request-Reply Pattern in Integration Flows (HCI-PI).

Service tickets to be updated in CRM and C4C bothe side, We have iflow created for one way update , which is not fulfilling this requirement .

So the scenario is:

C4CWebService (sync) -> HCI ->CRM IDoc (Async) since C4C webservice is sync it expects some response which to be sent from HCI . I have created iflow like this :


But its not working as expected .It got deployed successfully.

Has anyone ever done this scenario with success?

Appreciate any inputs.
