Creating Delivery

Hi all,

Is it possible to refer to GRN (created from tcode mb1c) while creating a delivery

in tcode VL01 or VL01N i.e. I want to deliver only those quantitites which were created through a particular GRN and with the same quantity as there in the GRN.

It will be also useful if some body could tell me a BAPI for creating an Outbound delivery.
