Hi experts
I wonder why a PDF summary form (e.g. Visit Summary, Ticket Summary etc.) cannot display content in a custom formatted text field (e.g. bold text, text color, line break, dot point etc.) correctly, despite setting in Adobe Lifecyle Designer to allow multople lines, and set field format as Rich Text. Instead it shows content with format tag (similar to that of HTML), which is not readable.
I have raised an incident but wondering if any of you have encountered this issue before and may be able to advise a proper solution to get this fixed.
