Because of Workflow's back ground task logic dump, workflow was hanging in that particular step and workflow status is in progress. Is there any way to fix the issue?
If the workflow status is in "InProcess" and there is a dump due to workflow then try to use SWPC trasnaction, if the workflow status is in error state then use SWPR transaction to restart the workflow.
