Automatically created line items will be deleted for Withholding Tax

Hi,

During stimulation in t-code: FB60 shows a message

"Automatically created line items will be deleted" then system deleted Withholding Tax G/L Account.

What's wrong with it? please help....

Hi Ratana,

I believe that your not giving a proper fields like business area, site and CO object etc., for that line items hence system will not consider the line items without proper inputs while simulation of the entry.

you are correct i have parked an invoice about customer by fb70 mannually

everything is perfect when i simulation but when i press post button the doucument has not been bookkeeped normally and i still stayed the previous screen. in a word, nothing happened.

finally i have to start check every line items of this parked docu. and i found the bussiness area of the first line is blank. when i added the content. the document passed

Hi Ratana,

I suggest you go through the config part of Withholding tax in SPRO such as tax type, tax code,GL assignment etc, because as far as captioned error is concerned it is just a generic message by SAP system and if your configuration is perfect then ideally after that message also while simulating entry it does not effect actual posting.
