Cannot view tickets from the Customer Account View

How can a sales rep view tickets related to a customer that he / she owns. I see the ticket view but tickets created are not visible.

    You Might need to report an incident to SAP with additional details in order to verify this scenario , please add details like
    Affected User , Account Name / Number and Tickets created for the user.
