Unable to find the ServerSettings link on Administration page 2 config SLD

I installed SAP Netweaver sneak preview 2004 full java editionwith sp9 version successfully but for configuring SLD thru

htp://<localhost>:<portno>/sld-----> on the Administration page, i am unable to find the link Server Settings

why the server settings link is not showned???

Could any one guide me how to display this link for configuring SLD?
