Specific interaction data in an email personalization

We want to send an interaction follow-up emails to customers. One thing is not clear - in an email content, how is it possible to define a personalization for a specific interaction? For example, order confirmation email, which is listing products from a specific "successful check-out" interaction?

Best regards,

Hi Maris,

To make corresponding product data attributes (product name, quantity, unit of measure, amount, currency etc.) available in the email editor of the content studio app, you should enable these attributes for export in the Segmentation Configuration (corresponding app or customizing).
Regarding this, please also refer to the question How can I customize the standard attributes in Email templates?

In the email editor, content maintenance works fine for one product, but for multiple products you will face the issue, that there is no dynamic table block type available, to display multiple products in a nice manner (similar to the product recommendation block type).

We have this issue on our future roadmap. Unfortunately I currently can't tell you, in which release a solution will be available.

Best regards,

Hi Michael,

Would you have some more insight meanwhile in the place of this feature on the roadmap?

Being able to send all end-consumer related communications (including order confirmations) out of hybris marketing would be very beneficial towards the "single source of truth" concept making it possible to align all e-mails.

Hi Joyca,

as Michael pointet out this feature is on the roadmap but currently without a confirmed release delivery. Hence pls. do not expect it with the upcoming two releases.
