Hello all,
I am implementing CRM 5.0 case management and I want
1- Create a case with number of document required in a list (archive links or record model) so the case creator wills attaché these documents to the proper place.
2-creat a sub case from the main case with list of required documents but if a same document required in the main case should be inherited to the sub case
Main case have (list of documents)
Sub case have (a list of document but as a sub list from the main list in the main case)
