Problem to register backend in gateway hub

Hi, everyone.

I'm new in SAP Gateway, and recently I and my basis have implemented the sap gateway with the hub concept.

The problem is, when I'm trying to register to my backend in my central hub, I get a stranger message, and I didn't know how to solve that.

I'll put the steps that I'm doing below.

1. This popup opens in my gateway server, and I put my backend alias;

2. When it try to create the service, I receive this message;
