Hello to all,
I'm running ECC 5.0 and EP 6.0 with MSS and ESS Business Packages (Version 60.1).
Working in MSS, I cannot locate the TeamViewer iView in the Catalog (I've also browsed through objects in Support Desk » Portal Runtime » Browse Deployment ... and verified that the iView isn't there. Maybe it wasn't installed or something.
My questions are:
» having this iView "missing", what must I do to import it?
» what are the steps do configure Team Viewer (both backend & portal)?
