Regarding Uploading file to Apllication server

Hi all,

I want to upload a image file into application server. My requirement is that i can attach 3 files of Different type or of same type.. Means one file can be TXT file also may be DOC or may be PDF or May be some image file. So can any one suggest how can I upload them as individually. Please very urgent.
