Solved: E-Mail Campaign for Survey

Hi All,

I am trying to set up the system for Campaigns.

I am confused with the features of Campaigns in C4C as I could not find any detailed documents for the same.

I have created a Target Group, Email template for email campaign and Campaign with status "Planned".

1. Can we assign any Survey to a campaign and how to capture the response from the same ?

2. How to add surveys(ones designed in c4c and not html) to email campaign ?

3. once there are responses, how to capture survey results in reports ?

Please advice.

yes, we can assign any Survey to a campaign and you can see responses or results in your survey.

2. How to add surveys(ones designed in c4c and not html) to email campaign ?

add survey placeholder in the campaign with your survey id while designing the E-mail template.

example: <a href="https://{/ FormCampaignExecutionPlaceholder/ Survey/SurveyID}1234">complete a survey.</a>

3. once there are responses, how to capture survey results in reports ?

when customer reply to your survey and the responses or results are available in your survey (survey results)/

Generate report from the "Export" tab to export all the survey responses or results for your survey.

you can also extract report from "Campaign response report" standard report.
