Problem on transfer

Hi Biswajit,

Whatever you suggested makes sense but one problem is that, at my client site authorizations will be set in such a way that one unit will not be able to view other unit's data. so at this juncture , how can one unit from where, the employee is getting transferred will store all transfer details ? The unit which will store transfer action will not be able to view start payment action.
