Industry List That I Inputted In General Business Partners Isn't The Same

Let me provide you all the details. First off, I edited the "Industries" in "General Business Partners" as seen in the attachments according to the standards in our company.

Next, moving into creating a new "Account", the list is still correct as evident by another 2 screenshots that I have provided.

But when inside the "Account" that I created, whenever I would try to edit the "Industry" the list is all wrong and as seen in the screenshots to prove my point. The list in the Industry when I'm trying to edit it is the first version that I put in "General Business Partners". The updated list didn't sync with "Account" whenever I would try to edit it. Is this a system issue or if not, how can I fix this?

Hoping somebody can help me on this
