SAP Standrad script

Hi,

I have rouch Idea copying standard layout and changing.. Could any one through light, how should I copy standrad script. I am getting this out put from ME9K. What all things I have to copy into 'Z' and how?. One more dought Can I change the window size after copying to 'Z' script.
