No master data for one user in WorK Manager application

Hi All,

I am working on Work Manager 6.4 and SMP 3.0 SP14.

The application is working end to end and all the users are able to download the applicaiton and data.

Except for one user. This user was able to download the master data and create new records from client, when work manager 6.3 was being used.

Now we have updated the systems to Work Manager 6.4 and he is not able to get any master data .

I checked and this user has the same authorizations like the other users hence I am unable to find the reason for this.

Can anyone suggest what can possibly the issue for this ?

    Hello Neha,

    Thinking about this, I'll want to rule out a server issue. If it was a server issue then it will affect all the users.

    Here are a few theories:

    - Issue with the user's client. The user is synchronizing with an older business logic. Has the user tried resetting their client?
    - The user is synchronising to a backend still on Work Manager 6.3
    - The user was copied from a template that was deactivated (i.e. PA40)
    - The particular user belongs to a different plant

    Please check with these initially.

    • Hi Taiye,

      I forgot to update the ticket and its too late , still I wanted to update.

      Yes it was an authorization related issue for the user which was solved later.
